Oriana Erbenova

Oriana has worked at the clinic since 2010 and is somewhat of a dentist, having completed her Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Dental) on top of a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
Rani is also vastly experienced in small animal anaesthesia, pathology, radiology and surgical nursing. Rani is appreciated by clients and staff alike for her kind and compassionate nature, always keeping patient care as her top priority.
Rani has been our Head Nurse for many years now and is in charge of training new nurses currently studying their Cert IV.

Melissa Wellings

Mel completed her Certificate III & IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2002, and for the last ten years she has gained experience in all facets of nursing - you name it and Mel’s probably done it! Having previously been the head nurse of a very busy clinic, Mel joined us in 2013, and has brought her phenomenal skill set and fantastic attitude with her to Bilgola.

She enjoys getting to know all of our clients – she lives locally, so already recognises most of them! You will see Mel on the front desk most days – please ask her any questions you have, with all her experience, she’s probably got a solution!

Natalie Higgs

Natalie completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing through Ultimo TAFE in November 2016 and began at Bilgola Vet in 2015.
Natalie is a foster carer for the RSPCA and a licenced wildlife carer with WIRES. When she is not working, she is out rescuing and rehabilitating native wildlife.

Nat regularly has all kinds of native animals in her care - she loves treating Australian wildlife and her plethora of knowledge about these creatures makes Nat an asset to our nursing staff!

Nat runs Bilgola Vets social website sites including our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. She has two dogs and two cats at home.
