Oriana is a certificate IV qualified Veterinary Nurse and has been working at Bilgola Vet Clinic for 10 years. She is our head nurse and responsible for the smooth running of the clinic and training of new nurses.
Oriana is vastly experienced in small animal anaesthesia, surgical nursing and dentistry, having also completed a Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (Dental).
Oriana is appreciated by clients and staff alike for her kind and compassionate nature, always keeping patient care as her top priority.
Oriana also offers at home visits to your cat in their own home whilst you are away to look after all their needs from food and litter to medication and cuddles.
Natalie completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing through Ultimo TAFE in November 2016 and began at Bilgola Vet in 2015.
Natalie is a foster carer for the RSPCA and a licenced wildlife carer with WIRES. When she is not working, she is out rescuing and rehabilitating native wildlife.
Nat regularly has all kinds of native animals in her care - she loves treating Australian wildlife and her plethora of knowledge about these creatures makes Nat an asset to our nursing staff!
Nat runs Bilgola Vets social website sites including our website, Facebook and Instagram pages. She has one dogs and two cats at home.
Emily is a certificate IV qualified Veterinary Nurse who has been working as a nurse on the Northern Beaches for 5 years and joined the Bilgola team early in 2019.
She started her career in animal care at Taronga Zoo’s training institute completing her certificate II in animal studies, and shortly after completed her veterinary nursing degree.
Emily enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing but has a keen interest in anaesthesia, surgery and stress free handling. She is an accredited mental health first aid officer.
Emily has a Poodle X named Polly who keeps her busy in her spare time.
Lily is currently studying veterinary science at Sydney University and will graduate in 2022 with a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
She joined the Bilgola Vet team in 2018 working as a veterinary nurse and is enjoying getting to know all the gorgeous animals that come in to the clinic. She has been working in the animal industry for 4 years and particularly enjoys reception duties, running blood tests and monitoring anaesthetics.
At home Lily has two lovely cats (Magpie and Bellamy) and a noisy bunch of chickens (Peach, Prim, Pansy and Plum – notice a pattern?). Lily is also a keen equestrian who is training her 5 year old horse Tonka to become an eventer.
Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Holly is currently studying her certificate IV in Vet nursing and is due to qualify this year. Holly is passionate about this industry and likes that no two days are the same. She enjoys making a positive difference to all animals in her care and is happy to have found a job so fulfilling.
Holly has volunteered abroad in Thailand and Bolivia helping in animal rehabilitation and rescue and has a keen interest in endangered species. She also fosters both kittens and rescue Greyhound for charity organisations.
She is excited to see where the veterinary industry takes her in the future.
Trainee Veterinary Nurse
Hayley is currently studying a Certificate II in Animal Studies at Ultimo TAFE and is looking forward to continuing her studies with a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 2021.
Hayley joined the Bilgola team in late 2019 and is enjoying learning how to provide the best care possible to all the wonderful animals that visit the clinic.
When not at work, Hayley's passion is snowboarding. Multiple times a year she travels nationally and internationally to snowboard.
At home Hayley has a dog named Charlie and a cat named Zorro who she loves spending her spare time with.
